Rabbit

A rabbit goes into a rather run down pub and orders a ham and cheese toastie and a pint. Next night he's in again for the same, by which time the word is getting about. By the time he's been in for 6 nights the pub is packed, the carpark is overflowing with coaches as well as cars and business is booming. On the 7th night he says,"The usual, Fred. " "Sorry me old mate I've only got cheese and onion toasties left." The pub suddenly goes quiet."Would I like a cheese and onion toasty do you think?" "Of course, it's a very tasty toasty." The next night there's no sign of the rabbit, or the next, people begin drifting away and after nearly 12 months the place is nearly broke. As Fred starts locking up for the night the ghost of the rabbit appears. "Strewth, what happened?" he asks. "I died of mixin' me toasties!"
