Nessi Help!! (Or maybe Dust Buster? Colin? Anyone?)

Am trying to start a new thread but I can't download any photos, just says Memory too low. Recall having this problem before and somebody suggested installing Firefox, which I did, and it worked.
So tried going in through Firefox again, but have no access to my Google cloud storage. So deleted Firefox and re-installed using my Google mail address when it asked which account I wanted to synchronise.
Still no blooming photos, just the ones stored on my phone.

Am at the point of hurling the phone at the wall.
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Could be a wide range of potential issues we'd need to cover before finding the culprit. Just a few questions beforehand;

1. It seems as if you're trying to upload photos from the cloud. Am I correct in assuming so?
2. When issue happened before, was it when trying to upload to this site or a similar site or was it a completely different site?
3. Are you trying to upload from your phone?

Possible solutions:
-Updating Firefox and/or Chrome and trying both again.
-Downloading the photos to local storage (phone memory or laptop hard drive) and uploading from there
-Trying the laptop to upload if you encountered the issue on your phone or vice versa

I don't want to put too much info or suggestions here but I'm going offline for a bit after this so I want to be as helpful as I can before clocking off. Hope it helps

Sorry I just saw now you are trying to upload from your phone, so disregard the question where I asked if you were using your phone or laptop

Have you tried re-booting your phone

Thanks Guys Have taken the easy way out and started the thread on the Notebook but the photos on there are all from the camera - some of my favourite photos are ones taken on the phone so now I will have to upload those on to the Notebook so that's going to challenge me.......
